Adeline Grantham ltd.

Adeline Grantham, a private family-owned property group established in the 1960s, required a website to establish it's first formal digital presence. Having operated for over 6 decades in central London office property, they have a strong reputation through long-term relationships and discretion, yet they had no dedicated website to communicate their legacy through online.

The objective was to create a modern, credible platform that would reflect Adeline Grantham's core values: heritage, legacy and refined professionalism. The website needed to communicate the stability of a long-established property owner, whilst presenting as contemporary and accessible to prospective tenants, partners and stakeholders.

The Challenge

The challenge on this project was the translate their longstanding, traditional business into a modern digital presence, without losing the sense of the heritage that defines their very business. Whilst initially hesitant about introducing a website, the company were keen to modernise. So, we needed to strike a careful balance between preserving their reputation and modernising it for future partnerships.

To achieve the above balance, we focused on building a clear and intentional website structure, led by simplicity and credibility.

The site leads with the company's legacy and values, reinforcing it's longstanding presence in London's property market for increased credibility and reinforcing their reputation. The design direction is centred around minimal layouts, strong typography and generous whitespace, allowing their story and portfolio to take precedence. The approach ensured the website felt refined, premium and trustworthy, which is exactly what Adeline Grantham is.

By combining clear structure with carefully considered whitespace to allow their portfolio to take centre-stage, the website successfully provides Adeline Grantham an online platform that supports it's continued growth in line with their long-standing values.
