The process

We jump on a 30 minute call where we outline your vision and goals for your website. Once you’ve accepted the project proposal, you’ll send over your images, branding + website copy ahead of our start date.

You’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire about your business, then you’ll receive a comprehensive website strategy outlining the direction for your site.

We’ll design your homepage in line with our strategy and once approved by you, we’ll develop the real thing in Squarespace. You’ll then review it before we go any further.

When you've signed it off, your brand new site is handed over to you, not without your digital guide showing you how to update and edit your site in the future. Now, you’re good to go.

Custom projects, however, are quoted on a per-project basis as each website has different requirements.

Yes. Most of our projects are split into 3 payments, the first being a 33% deposit. Websites are an essential business investment so if you require something different, please just ask.

Good question. Simply put, Squarespace is incredibly flexible to suit your needs. It allows you to edit your site, all without you ever having to go into the back-end. That’s our job.
Whilst some may find Squarespace limiting, we utilise our knowledge of code to create websites that you cannot get otherwise in Squarespace. We can also rest assured that your site is fully secure without the need for third-party plug-ins like some other site hosts.

You don’t need anything to secure a spot in our schedule.
You will need your branding (logo, fonts, colours), images and website copy 1 week before the project starts.

All our websites are built to launch immediately.

By the end of our project, you will need a paid Squarespace account so you can own the site. We will transfer the website to you upon completion.
We use Notion to communicate throughout our project, but don’t worry—we’ll show you how to use it.

Not at all. All our websites are fully editable by you, regardless of your tech level. We will also provide you with video tutorials showing you how to make the most of your new website.
